Paul Brown/Tiger Racing drivers Justin Bell and Dane Moxlow escaped injury in two separate accidents Friday during the Cadillac Sports Car Grand Prix SCCA Pirelli World Challenge race at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca.

Bell, of Los Angeles, the GTS points leader going into this race, was running fourth in class and saving his tires for a run to the finish when his No. 50 eBay Motors Ford Mustang Boss 302S crashed on the front stretch of the 2.238-mile, 11-turn road course with 19 laps complete.

Before changing springs on your Mustang always measure the starting ride height so you have something to compare to when new springs are installed. The easiest and quickest way that I use is measuring from the ground to the bottom lip of the wheel wells through the center of the wheel. If you do this and discover that no two corners on your car are the same, you just found out why adjustable coil-over struts are just so darn handy.
