Performance Cars

On the Kenny Brown Performance Car front - less will be more. Huhh???

That’s right, less will be more. Currently, I am only planning on building a few very special cars each year - track cars that is and “Best in Class” track cars to boot! Anybody who has ever driven one of my track cars, ridden in Ol’ Blue or Kirmie can attest that I build really great track cars. Just because I say Track Cars, doesn’t mean you can’t drive them on the street because you can. It’s just they are engineered and built to go really really fast on track which in the every-day world makes cruising down to the drive-in a very enjoyable experience.

Aside from doing it for way more years than I am willing to admit, what I do to cold steel and rubber has been referred to as sheer magic - giving cars a soul, which is probably why they just drive and feel so damn good.

Like I said, I don’t take parts off the shelf, slap them on and call it special – I work with the car, learn it, understand it, build on its strengths and shore up its weaknesses. I only use the good stuff and work the package from the driver’s seat out until it has a feel, life and soul all its own. When I say I build “Best in Class” track cars, I mean it and have the history, products and results to back it up.

I still get all the Mustang rags and peruse the pages to keep my eye on the progress (or lack there of) in the marketplace. I see lots and lots of special “tuner” cars and so-called “track” cars - but what I don’t see is much innovation or basic understanding of just how a track car (or racecar) chassis and suspension needs to work, to work.

In the near future you’ll see what I mean, who I’m teaming up with, what a “Best in Class” track car is all about and whose the BOSS. --- so stay tuned!
