OK, Now What?

As I mentioned before, I thought by now I would be back doing what I used to do, but obviously that’s not to be. I still need to be careful as to keep moving forward on the health front and not get carried away and put myself right back where I was. Been there, done that, didn’t like it. The other side of this is the hundreds of you emailing encouraging me to get back into it. After many false starts we are gong to give a try, but be smart about it as I’m not sure how much I will be able to do at first.

Now for the record, the old Kenny Brown Performance is dead; it was sacrificed back in ’05 to focus on saving my live, which obviously was the better choice. We are not even going to try to bring the Company back in its former state; I don’t have the physical capacity or interest to do that. Now I may be limited physically, but - my brain is still in tact, chuck full of a lifetime of experience and knowledge just sitting there. It does have a few cob webs and some surface rust here and there and could use some WD-40 and a good tune-up, but for the most part there is lots of stuff just waiting to be tapped.

As we try to move forward don’t look for a big BANG, fanfare of fireworks with marching bands re-launch campaign. Rather we are going to take a very measured and steady approach, one small step at a time. The objective will be to leverage my knowledge and experience and partner with individuals and companies that can carry out the heavy lifting for me and keep me on the path to recovery.

The new focal point will be KennyBrown.com rather than a really cool super car shop on Gasoline Alley, a different business model than before, but at this stage and essential one. For the first step, we are teaming up with a young and talented web guy to help us with things internet and get kb.com back on track.

Hopefully, you can now look forward to regular updates to KennyBrown.com with lots of forthcoming info, tech and useful stuff. As you can see, I now have an official Blog so it will be easier for me to keep info, news and other stuff coming on a more regular basis.
